Die wohl bekannteste Fitnessübung: Klimmzüge!
Der Klimmzug gehört wohl zu einer der bekanntesten Fitnessübungen. Durch seine Einfachheit in der Durchführung und die Möglichkeit ihn ohne großes Equipment durchzuführen macht ihn so beliebt. Man braucht bloß eine waagerechte Stange (Holzgabel, Türrahmen, etc.) und man kann schon loslegen. Je nachdem wie weit auseinander man mit den Armen greift beansprucht man immer wieder andere Muskelpartien. Beim Klimmzug werden besonders der Bizeps, der Armbeuger und der Oberarmspeichenmuskel beansprucht. Bei dieser Übung ist ein wichtiger Halt wichtig, weshalb Fitnesshandschuhe immer sinnvoll sind, da sie einem mehr Halt geben und man nicht abrutscht.
