Der Frühling kommt! Parkour gibt es schon lang und immer mehr Leute machen den Trend mit. Parkour ist eine Fortbewegungsart, wobei man Hindernisse der Architektur und Kultur möglichst effizient überquert wie z. B. Mauern. Parkour wurde in den späten 1990er Jahren von Raymond Belle und seinem Sohn David Belle entwickelt. Besonders populär wurde Parkour vor allem durch Actionfilme und Werbung.
Um Parkour auszuüben ist eine gute körperliche und geistige Fitness Voraussetzung. Vor dem Training sollte man sich immer gut dehnen um Verletzungen zu vermeiden und sich ausreichend über Techniken des Parkours informieren. Allgemein ist Parkour nicht nur eine Sportart sondern wird auch oft als kreative Kunst gesehen – man erkennt Grenzen die Umwelt und Architektur setzen und schätzt ein wie man die Situation gefahrlos überwinden kann.
